- Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the privacy, comfort, and peace of fellow guests and staff.
- Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or any activity that disturbs others is strictly prohibited.
1.2. Community Etiquette
- Please respect Khmer culture and traditions during your stay, especially while interacting with locals or visiting community areas.
2. Smoking and Alcohol Policies
2.1. Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and common areas.
- Designated smoking areas are available for guests.
2.2. Alcohol Consumption
- Alcohol is permitted in your private room or designated common areas but is prohibited during volunteer hours or at project sites.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-In
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM.
- Early check-in is complimentary and subject to availability.
3.2. Check-Out
- Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM.
- Late check-out is complimentary for up to 2 hours, subject to availability. Beyond that, additional charges apply.
4. Property and Room Use
4.1. Occupancy Limits
- The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy for your booked room type.
4.2. Room Cleanliness and Care
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and care of their rooms.
- Damages caused by negligence will result in repair or replacement charges.
4.3. Key and Locker Security
- Guests are provided room keys and access to lockers (where available). Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $15.
5. Quiet Hours
5.1. Evening Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a restful environment.
6. Pet and Child Policies
6.1. Pets
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.
6.2. Children
- Children are welcome, but parents or guardians must supervise them at all times.
7. Pool and Common Area Usage
7.1. Pool Rules
- Guests must shower before entering the pool.
- No glassware is allowed in the pool area.
7.2. Common Spaces
- Please keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
8. Sustainability Commitment
8.1. Eco-Friendly Practices
- Reuse towels and linens to reduce water consumption.
- Dispose of waste in designated recycling bins.
9. Photography and Media
9.1. Privacy Respect
- Refrain from taking photos or videos of other guests without their consent.
9.2. Promotional Use
- Photos taken at Moringa Tree Maison may be used for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in such media should inform the staff upon check-in.
10. Liability and Safety
10.1. Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Moringa Tree Maison is not liable for lost or stolen items.
10.2. Health and Safety
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff and adhere to local health guidelines.
